BATOCABE AND PARTNERS LAW OFFICES
OUR OBJECTIVE AS A LAW FIRM
Batocabe and Partners Law Offices is a full-service boutique law firm based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. We handle civil and criminal litigation, property law, labor and employment law, and general corporate servicing.
Majority of the litigation handled by Batocabe and Partners are expropriation cases for a public utility. The firm actively represents the public utility in its land acquisition and right-of-way cases, ensuring that the public utility is able to acquire the assets necessary for its operations, given the growing demand for its goods and services. We work with our client so that it is able to fully exercise its delegated powers of expropriation at the swiftest possible time.
The current legal team of the firm has extensive experience in collection cases. The team understands that the bottom-line of our clients is important. Collection can be done through the institution of criminal cases, such as estafa, qualified theft, or bouncing checks; or through civil cases, such as breach of contract, collection for sum of money, or small claims. Whether it’s through prosecuting to the end or obtaining a favorable compromise agreement putting a swift end to litigation, the Batocabe and Partners legal team is more than capable of delivering.
