ECQ Certificate of employment

We’ve received a number of queries regarding the Certificates of Employment required by the Philippine National Police during this ECQ. If you are an authorized person outside of residence (APOR) and an employee with a designated driver, request your HR for a certification indicating your name, contact information, address, name of the designated driver, and the make/model/plate number of your vehicle.

For non-employee APORs (such as doctors and other professionals similarly engaged as independent contractors), it would be best to prepare a Certificate of Employment for the designated driver under your personal employment. We have drafted a template Certificate to help you out.
